Job Description: - Reception duties including check-in and check-out - Accepting accommodation reservations via phone and the internet - Inputting data into the computer - Providing information to customers at the phone and counter Required Skills: - Business level Japanese (N1 level preferred) - A great smile - Basic computer operation skills Working Hours: - Shift system - 8 hours of actual work (10 hours duty shifts available) - Early shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Late shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Night shift: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Days Off: - Shift system with full two days off per week Application Qualifications: - No experience required - No educational background required - Long-term work candidates preferred - Experienced candidates welcomed Benefits: - Complete insurance coverage - Full transportation expenses provided (according to regulations) - Regular employee appointment system available - Dormitory available (according to regulations) - Advance payment system available Selection Process: - Application ⇒ Face-to-face meeting ⇒ Employment Recommended Points: - Thorough training for beginners. - Welcoming those who enjoy interacting with people. - Stable foundation for working long-term with peace of mind.
